Unpaste zero waste toothpaste tablets with fluoride come in a package of 125 tabs. This is a two month supply of toothpaste!
Unpaste come in plastic-free, fully compostable bags made of non-GMO corn starch. You can put your tooth tabs in your own container. A small glass jar would work great!

Microcrystalline Cellulose
facilitates UNPASTE’s ultra-smooth polishing action, even cleaning and polishing in the interdental spaces.
Sodium bicarbonate (Baking Soda)
adjusts the pH of the citric acid.
Silica
serves as a cleaning agent and helps to remove any soft plaque.
Amisoft (Sodium Lauryl Glutamate)
is a natural, mild, eco-friendly surfactant. However, sodium lauryl glutamate should not be confused with monosodium glutamate (MSG), used in the food industry. UNPASTE tablets are MSG-free and gluten-free.
Magnesium Stearate
is a compound commonly used in tablet manufacturing.
Natural Peppermint Flavor (from mentha arvensis leaf oil and menthol)
gives UNPASTE its breath-freshening power.
Menthol
helps freshen breath and adds a brisk, cool sensation to brushing.
Xanthan Gum
is a natural thickener for the tablets, helping them break down smoothly in the mouth.
Stevia
is a natural sweetener, derived from the leaf of the stevia plant, which does not promote tooth decay.
Citric Acid
stimulates the flow of saliva in the mouth. Furthermore, this increase in saliva accelerates the remineralization of your tooth surface.

How to Use Zero Waste Tooth Tabs
To use toothpaste tabs, chew/ crunch up one tab using your front teeth. If you use your molars, the tabs tend to get stuck in your teeth. Wet toothbrush. Then, scrub the crumbled tooth tab onto your teeth with the brush. It will create a gentle foam for brushing.
These tooth tabs do not contain calcium carbonate or sodium lauryl sulfate.

This is my first ever toothpaste tab trial. Inititally the chewing part was kind of weird (it would crumble and stick briefly to my back molars before putting the toothbrush in), but now I just crush them with my front teeth 3-4 times and it’s perfect. No sticking. It’s also strange coming from super frothy toothpaste to these tabs which create litterally no foam or bubbles, but I will just get used to that I think. The freshness is REAL! Super cool, refreshing minty breath.

Love, love, love these toothpaste bites!! It’s so hard to find them with fluoride and I’m so glad this one does. They leave your mouth feeling very minty fresh and your teeth polished. I also love that they come in biodegradable packaging; I simply refill a jar we keep on our bathroom counter. I will say it takes some time to get used to (any) toothpaste bites, so if you’re new to these make sure to give them a good couple of weeks. None of the toothpaste bites I’ve found foam like traditional toothpaste, and it feels more like polishing your teeth than brushing. I agree with the previous comment about how to use; you need to crush these in your teeth (I usually crush between my molars on the side I’m planning to start brushing) rather than trying to let the tablets dissolve. However, this brand is my favorite so far in the way it leaves my mouth feeling clean after brushing, even without the foaming!
